Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Our mission is to remove financial barriers to mental health. We provide referrals to licensed providers and cover the costs of the sessions for eligible youth within our program parameters. There are no hidden fees or insurance requirements.
We specifically serve children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 17. If you have a child outside of this age range, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide resources or alternative directions.
We only partner with licensed professionals (such as LCSWs, LPCs, or LMHCs) who have verified experience in youth development and trauma-informed care. Every provider is vetted to ensure they provide a safe, compassionate, and evidence-based environment for healing.
A strong therapeutic bond is essential for healing. If your child doesn’t feel comfortable with their matched provider, let us know. We will listen to your feedback and work to find a different therapist who better aligns with your child’s personality and needs.
We know that when a child needs help, time is of the essence. Our goal is to match your child with a suitable provider within 5–7 business days, depending on the availability of specialists in your area.
